Microsoft Word enables you to easily create your own calendar by choosing from a variety of calendar templates that are pre-formatted with dates, specialized layouts and fonts. You can choose the template closest to your business needs, from standard law firm styles to a fancy florist format. Edit the template to contain only the specific months you are interested in. For example, you can produce a calendar that coincides with quarterly statements.
.Choose “File,” then “New.” Select “Calendars” from the Office.com Templates section.
.Select a calendar set folder and then click on the specific Office calendar template you want to use. A preview appears on the right side. Click “Download” to open a new document using the template. The calendar document is created displaying a table for each month.
.Scroll to a month you want to eliminate and hover over the top left corner of the table until the handle icon appears. The icon displays a cross of up-down, left-right arrows. Click the icon and press 'Backspace' to remove the table. Alternately, you can delete the table by right-clicking the icon and choosing “Cut.” You may need to remove any extra space left by this deletion by pressing 'Delete.'
.Repeat as needed to remove all unwanted months, then save the document.
